Setting standards

SCHOPF has always placed the utmost importance in quality standards. In 1999, the company was certified according to ISO 9001:94.

Every single step in the production process is monitored as part of the Total Quality System (TQ System), and every SCHOPF vehicle is subjected to comprehensive quality assurance checks before delivery to the customer.

In 2002, SCHOPF qualified for the ISO 9001:2000, and also in 2009 for the ISO 9001:2008. This shows the policy of continuously improving quality processes. Regular internal and external audits show that our staff appreciate quality, and are continuously improving quality standards.

SCHOPF place ensure that its component suppliers are also ISO 9001 certified.

SCHOPF’s goal is to reach the Zero-Fault-Rate in order to deliver vehicles and machinery with the highest reliability. The first 500 working hours are crucial for every vehicle. In the last few years, achieving this goal took many months. This determination will help us continue producing each vehicle at the highest possible standards.
